Kitsune can be found throughout [[Elwindil]]. When living in the city, kitsune take the appearance of the dominant race. They do not reveal their true selves as kitsune are hated, feared, and often killed or run out of town.

 Kitsune Magic: Foxfolk have a +2 racial bonus on caster level checks made to overcome spell resistance. In addition, foxfolk with a Charisma score of 11 or higher gain the following spell-like abilities: 1/day—dancing lights, ghost sound, prestidigitation, and speak with animals. The caster level for these effects is equal to the foxfolk’s level. The DC for these spells is equal to 10 + the spell’s level + the foxfolk’s Charisma modifier.
 Change Shape (Su): Foxfolk have the ability to change shape into a specific small or medium humanoid form. This ability functions as alter self, but the foxfolk does not adjust its ability scores.
 Automatic Languages: Common, Sylvan. Bonus Languages: Dwarven, Elven, Gnome, Halfling.
 Favored Class: Bard.
