 Adarra sat across the room from the magic mirror-like device on the wall. She only kept half an eye on the mirror with her full attention on the door. She sat in a meditative pose, relaxed, but alert to any sounds. Her suspicions were soon rewarded by a loud voice outside that could only be Jax. She could tell by his volume and his words that he'd been drinking. Rose followed him through the door, throwing the occasional sass back at him. They stood in front of the mirror as she watched quietly. Rose talked about how they could break into it while Jax remarked over and over again how it was the damnedest thing he'd ever seen.
-Summary: Rose went and got everything from the leader necro: wand, amulet, etc. and also cut off his hand. She came back and threw the wand and amulet at Adarra to distract her, then ran to the mirror and pressed the disembodied necromancer hand to the mirror. Nothing happened. She ran to pick up the wand and amulet and threw them at the mirror. The wand bounced off and clattered to the ground, but the amulet passed through and landed on the other side. They couldn't get it back. Kutaku's new friend [[Gorinishkar]] told Kutatku to meet him on the island two miles out into the Bay of Londfalas and he could bring his friends. +The dragon cast a spell to completely refresh them, both in magic and health. Afterwards, the party went out into the Grotto of the Guardians, where Meril found them. He offered to them anywhere to stay and invited them to go into the cellar, where they would find barrels of mead and ale. Jax immediately began his celebration and Rose joined him. They laughed and talked until Jax wondered why Rose had become quiet. "So, that mirror... we should go check that out!" he said. This launched them into a different kind of conversation as they made their way out the door and up the winding ramp that led up to the Chieftains' room.
